Returns Policy

OUR GUARANTEED SATISFACTION POLICY

You can always return a product if your are not completely satisfied with it, even if you have opened it. Just send the items back to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund your money.

Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via your original payment method. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). No returns will be accepted after 30 days*

HOW TO RETURN THE ITEMS

Email us to info@tnchouston.com and add “Return Request” on the subject line.

Add your receipt number and the product you would like to return. We will email you a packing slip.

Pack the product securely and include the packing slip we emailed you.

Return the product to: TNC Houston, 1327 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339

We will refund the full purchase price minus any shipping charges that may apply to your original method of payment.* TNC handles and processes returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of pleasing our customers happy. We however reserve the right to alter this policy periodically and will update our site accordingly. You can rest assured that customer satisfaction is our primary objective.
