DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. Additionally, when ordering from TNCNutriton.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.The customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required. These fees are typically collected in your country by customs or the delivery agent.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus a 20% restocking fee (minimum of $20 (USD) and the original shipping fee(s). An additional restock fee may be assessed for any fees incurred by TNCNutriton to return the products to our warehouse (including but not restricted to return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees). There are a number of reasons that your shipment may be returned. These may be related to prohibited content, undeliverable as addressed or refused by customs, etc. *Please note a successful return to sender indicates a return has been initiated, it does not guarantee that your parcel will be received by our warehouse.
If a return to sender is initiated for reasons covered by our international shipping policy, TNC Nutrition will refund for the items only (minus applicable re-stock fees) once it has reached our warehouse within our 90 day time frame.
If the cost to return the items exceed the cost of the products, then TNC Nutriton will instruct the agents to abandon the package and no refund will be available.
Confiscated by Customs Orders:
If your order or certain products are confiscated by customs due to the items being restricted then no refund will be available.
Lost in Transit Orders:
Some carriers and ship methods offer door to door tracking & insurance and some do not. Please read the ship method description carefully during checkout.
If the ship method description says “No insurance”, TNC Nutrition will not refund orders lost in transit.
Transit times may be impacted by delays with your government’s clearance policies. In the unlikely event your package is lost, please contact our support team.
TNC Nutrition will not consider a package lost until 60 days after the original ship date. If reported lost, TNC Nutrition must file a claim with the carrier before taking action. If your package is determined lost, a lost package affidavit email would need to be completed. As Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. All lost package claims must be reported within 90 days of the original purchase date

Please check your country’s import restrictions before placing your order. We are not responsible for products confiscated by customs.
