12 Medjool dates, soaked in water for 20 minutes then drained
2 scoops Garden of Life Beets Detox Powder
2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
2 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, at room temperature
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup coconut flakes for coating
Preparations:
Place all ingredients except the coconut flakes into the food processor using the “s” blade and process until well combined. (You may need to do this in two batches, depending on the size of your food processor.) Roll Roughly tablespoon-sized balls, then roll each ball into the coconut flakes. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or store in freezer for up to 2 months.
