1 1/4 cup of Pro Granola of choice (vanilla cinnamon or peanut butter) I used peanut butter
1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 2/3 of chocolate in a large heatproof bowl set over a sauce pan of simmering water, make sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir over moderately low heat until the chocolate is melted. Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the remaining chocolate until melted. Then stir in the Granola and nut mix.
2: Scrape the mixture onto baking sheet and spread it in a 1/2 thick layer. Let it cool to room temp, the refrigerate for 3 hrs before serving.
